Organizers: Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MSHE), Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC) and supported by the European Commission, Future Internet Public Private Partnership (FI-PPP) and Ideal-IST Project


Objectives of the event: A special focus will be given to FI-PPP and building Future Internet partnerships across Europe in order to facilitate international cooperation and bring together stakeholders from New Member States, Associated Countries and EU-15.


First day will concentrate on FI-PPP, European national and regional Future Internet initiatives, projects and business stakeholders to support them in building innovative and inclusive Future Internet ecosystems.


Targeted Audience:


  • FI-PPP projects, EU projects
  • companies, especially SMEs, dealing with Future Internet applications and looking for partners across EU, including New Member States
  • researchers
  • regional and national Future Internet initiatives and partnerships




  • inform about funding opportunities,
  • spread knowledge about FI-PPP and its results, EU projects and partners,
  • including newcomers and partners from New Member States
  • exchange best practices
  • facilitate building Future Internet ecosystems on EU, national and regional levels
  • support Polish Future Internet clusters and partnerships


Second day will focus on networking and match-making between relevant partners, especially with regard to Future Internet-PPP Call in 2013:

  • umbrella organisations (e.g. technical associations, national technology platforms, innovative clusters, regional actors)

  • enable international networking and match-making in order to build successful consortia
  • support umbrella organisations in finding European partners, with a special focus on match-making with organisations from Enlarged EU.
